These pads were imagined & designed by the
author. One team member contributed the
wording from another teams ressearch. A
third team member had them printed. The
pads allowed managers of Skateworld
to quickly record floor guard behaviors on the job.

The pads were then used to tally positive and
negative points ("smile score") which were
used for purchasing rewards.

The pads also helped ensure objective
feedback from management during
quarterly feedback sessions with floor guards.
